Is there a website that helps create the code for banners? I would like to make a html code for my banners so affiliates can use them easier.

In what sense do you want code of banners?
Do you mean the html to wrap a banner in so it links to you?

All you need for that is just basic html.

<a href="http://my_url"><img src="image_url"
height="x" width="x" barder="0"></a>

And decide if you want them to link to the image on your site, or have them copy it to their own site.
